With a vast network of charging stations, users have the flexibility to reach their destination easily from their starting point. The accompanying app displays the station network, indicating the availability of bikes and free parking spaces at each location.

Customers have the option to reserve a bike in advance through the app and complete the rental process with just a few clicks at the station. The frame lock feature ensures the security of the bike during the ride, with simple unlocking capabilities through the app.

• Contacts: Enables users to send feedback via email.
